Roll Your Own Dolma Cooking Class

Have you ever rolled your own dolma?

Join Lia's Kitchen cooking class that will take you through the process of preparing the much loved vine leaf dolma, from the preparation of a basic rice stuffing to rolling your own dolma sat around the table in true communal spirit.

In addition to making dolma you will learn to make a basic tzatziki dip which traditionally accompanies the stuffed delicacy in many parts of Greece.

We will discuss the story and origins of 'dolma' as a dish and understand the importance of communal cooking processes in Greek and other communities.

You will share a light dinner with your fellow class participants and raise a glass of wine to your newly acquired skill. At the end of the evening you will leave with your own dolma.

£35.00 per head covers the cooking class and a light dinner with a glass of wine.
