Triple Header - South Wales Scorpions v London Skolars

A massive day at Cardiff Arms Park with a triple header of Rugby League.

The day starts at 11am when East meets West as Valley Cougars take on Gwendraeth Valley Raiders in the Welsh Conference South.

Then at 1pm, it's your chance to see Wales' Commonwealth Championship Bronze Medalists in action with South Wales Scorpions under 19s face their counterparts from London Skolars.

Finally at 3pm it's a full blown Kingstone Press Championship 1 match which pits South Wales Scorpions against London Skolars in a Capital Challenge to remember.
