The John Gibbon Trio teams up with exciting Canadian-born tenor star Michael Coates.
Since moving to the UK Michael has recorded as a featured soloist with the BBC Radio Big Band, collected the BBC's Jazz Soloist of the Year award, and performed at countless jazz festivals in France, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Spain and Sweden as well as Ronnie Scott's club, The Vortex, and 606 Club to name a few.
In addition to his jazz credentials, Michael has appeared in several musicals, live television broadcasts, and session recordings on the London scene.
