Join Thane Prince – the ‘Preserves Judge’ on BBC2?s ‘The Big Allotment Challenge’ - and Lady Lansdowne as the two team up to explore the Walled Garden at Bowood.
They will be in search of Bowood’s home grown yields of fruit and vegetables that lend themselves wonderfully to making jams, pickles and chutneys, such as the recipes in Thane’s recent new book, ‘Perfect Preserves’.
