Peggy Seeger, Neill MacColl

Peggy Seeger is having to postpone all concert commitments for the rest of 2014 due to unexpected health problems. She underwent emergency surgery earlier this month but is now making a good recovery.

She says "I'm very disappointed that I've had to pull out of the Cambridge folk festival and postpone my October tour. I'm told that I need to take things a little slower for the next 6 months but I should be back to full fitness by the end of the year. All my shows are being re-scheduled so please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this might cause you. I would also ask that you don't email me but feel free to post any messages on the Facebook page and I will see them there."
