The journalist and broadcaster turned performer - best known for his work in The Guardian, BBC 2's Review Show and Radio 4's Saturday Review and Front Row - takes us on a humorous journey through his life and shows how The Boss's words saved him, then helped him get out of hometown Luton and find the woman of his dreams.

Using Springsteen's songs as a starting point, Sarfraz tackles everything from family to fatherhood to faith. He invites the audience to share their dilemmas and he offers advice based on the lyrics of Springsteen.
