Rise Records announce a co-headline tour between Crown The Empire and Issues this September. The 11 date tour will take in key cities all over the UK and will be a welcome return for Texans and recent Alternative Press cover stars, Crown The Empire who last toured here in 2012 and gained countless new fans.
