Oldbury Court Explorers Day
There will be an afternoon of activities including:
Landscape character mapping - explore the estate with new eyes and record its historic and new landscape;
Walk along the Frome and find some aquatic beasties on a river survey;
Discover the many trees of the estate with the help of experts;
Join a bug hunt to find nature's tiny marvels.
There will also be a botany walk through Grove Wood by Rupert Higgins 2:30 - 4pm.
Booking required for the botany walk at snuffmills@hotmail.co.uk. No booking required for other activities. Meet to the left-hand side of the main entrance.
