Tourist Inspiration Station

From Monday 30 June the Tourist Inspiration Station will welcome visitors to Bristol with personalised itineraries, an in depth knowledge of the city and what’s on, and a love of championing all things local.

Based at No.1 Harbouride and running throughout July, the Tourist Inspiration Station is the brainchild of Co-Exist founder Jamie Pike and Cycle the City founder James Coomber. After being asked by tourists for tips on good places to go, the pair decided to come up with a scheme that inspired visitors to discover the real Bristol.

Each visitor to the Tourist Inspiration Station will meet a Bristol-dweller who is passionate about the local area, who is armed with knowledge on events and interesting places to go. After a chance to chat through their personal interests, visitors will receive a bespoke itinerary made up of things to do and see that suits their tastes to a tee.
