Well here are just some of the reasons. Penetrator is a visual and visceral piece of modern theatre. It's a real gut-check for an audience with ferocious wit, disturbing tension and danger.

Undoubtedly a work of the in yer face genre, evolved from absurdism and theatre of cruelty. A traditional piece this is not!

With jet black comedy and themes varying from mental health, wars in the middle-east and the loss of childhood innocence.

This is an incredibly powerful piece of theatre. Anthony Neilson has rejected the classical theatrical format in order to tell this story in a contemporary way.
