A one-man tragi-comedy. An hour-long adventure in the farmlands of East England, as hilarious as it is devastatingly bleak, The Common Land tells the story of Tom Head, born and bred in the 1,500 square miles of East Anglia known as The Fens. He is hated by everyone. Until he meets her.
Tom Head, a farmhand's son from The Fens in East Anglia has been bullied at school and abused at home for as long as he can remember. After years of torment enough is enough. Part love story, part revenge tragedy, The Common Land is the multi-award-winning debut show from Fine Mess Theatre.
