A fun-packed whirlwind tour of the string quartet from Haydn to The Beatles and beyond with John Telfer (The Archers' vicar Alan) as a wacky Joseph Haydn. The show culminates in a performance of the crazy and hilarious Anna and the Moods written by Icelandic novelist and lyricist (The Sugarcubes) Sjon to the music of Julian Nott (composer for Wallace and Gromit), which deals with the transition into teenage-hood. The 21st century answer to Peter and the Wolf with a surprise Christmas twist in the tale.
Running time: 60 minutes / no interval. Drinks and snacks available.
