Birmingham Blues presents a comedy satire charting the most exciting era for the Blue half of Birmingham for a generation. A play suitable for football fans and families alike. Based on the controversial and exciting tale of the 2011 League Cup win, Birmingham Blues’ Carson’s Cup is a comical rip-roarer. Carson Lung is the deluded hero who believes he can transition from Hong Kong hairdresser to owner of a world famous football team.

A twist of good fortune places him in contest against his nemeses - cockneys Simon Surlyman, David Goal and Katherine Lady. Assisted by his sidekick Peter Pan, Carson sets out to gain control of the Birmingham Blues and guide them to cup glory. Will he fulfil his dream of fame and glory? Or will it all end in tears?
