Romeo And Juliet
Birmingham's fantastic young company of Shakespeare actors bring their take on Romeo & Juliet to The Arches in Digbeth, a cool new theatre space.
Aged 18-25, the Tikes look like a boyband and girlband, but they offer full-on, full-blooded productions of the Bard's work. It's August, and we like to do a bit of Summer Shakespeare. The Arches is indoors, of course, but why not treat it like an outdoor event and bring some food and drink. Doors open an hour before the play, and there will be a bit of music on.
