Orchestre De La Suisse Romande
Founded by Ernest Ansermet in 1918, the orchestra has long been associated with Swiss composers, Arthur Honegger and Frank Martin, and also with the music of Debussy.
In 2012, the distinguished Estonian conductor, Neeme Järvi, became the orchestra's ninth musical director, and he joins them for this sparkling concert to present two great masterpieces of the orchestral repertoire alongside music by his fellow-countryman, Arvo Pärt.
