Revel in the songs that made the legends – San Francisco, Stormy Weather, People, Thoroughly Modern Millie and lots more – from classic films including The Sound of Music, White Christmas, Carousel and New York, New York. Conductor John Wilson has a passion for this music, and sung by one of the great Broadway divas of our time, Kim Criswell, you’re in for a treat!

Founded in 1920, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra has always had an illustrious career. In fact, the first concert was conducted by Sir Edward Elgar. The orchestra has grown into a 90-piece ensemble with a worldwide reputation.
