Nicole Scherzinger, Ed Sheeran

Former Pussycat Dolls singer and X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger and Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum selling, singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran have been confirmed for this year’s Free Radio Live, which is taking place at the LG Arena on November 29th.

It will be one of the Nicole Scherzinger’s last gigs performing her solo material before she embarks on a three-month stint as Grizabella in a revival of Cats in London’s West End in December. Nicole is expected to perform this summer’s top ten hit Your Love and her latest single On The Rocks from her new album Big Fat Lie as well as previous hits including former Number 1. Don’t Hold Your Breath.

Ed Sheeran is the biggest selling artist in the UK this year, thanks to his current album “x”, which was number one for eight weeks this summer in the UK album chart – and to date, has sold more 634,000 copies.

A tribute will also be paid to Staffordshire teenager Stephen Sutton at the event, and a substantial donation from ticket sales will be made to Teenage Cancer Trust. The 19-year-old passed away from bowel cancer in May this year, and to date his fund has raised more than £5million for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
