Mark Knopfler

Mark Knopfler will be touring in 2015, giving fans the opportunity to hear live tracks from his upcoming album, Tracker, due to be released through Virgin/EMI records in January 2015.

Knopfler will be performing with a seven-piece band most of whom have been working with him for the best part of two decades; Guy Fletcher (keyboards), Richard Bennett (guitar), Jim Cox (piano), Mike McGoldrick (whistle and flute), John McCusker (fiddle and cittern), Glenn Worf (bass), and Ian Thomas (drums).

Tracker will be Knopfler’s ninth solo album a sequence that started in 1996 with Golden Heart. The album also contains guest performances from Ruth Moody, Bruce Molsky, Nigel Hitchcock and Phil Cunningham.
