The Honey Man

Honey Man, an ageing West Indian recluse, is trying to save his dying bees in a derelict English cottage on the edge of rural England. Into his world bursts a sixteen year-old girl called Misty.

His stormy encounter with this fiery, weed-smoking teenage daughter from the nearby manor house leads to an unlikely friendship, and the discovery of a secret which connects their past, present and destiny in ways they could never have imagined.

Birmingham writer and actor Tyrone Huggins plays the title role in this compelling play.
