Radio K's loose "alternative dancing music" policy has proved an enduring success over the years, attracting sellout crowds week in, week out to the intimate surroundings of McHughs Basement (Belfast's oldest bar). Whether the it's Indie Rock, Hip Hop, Soul, Techno or something else, the idea has always been to play the best, most fun music possible.

Guest DJs at the club have ranged from legendary New York outfit LCD SOUNDSYSTEM, BBC 6 Music DJ (and RED DWARF main man) CRAIG CHARLES, & Glaswegian clubbing institution OPTIMO to local luminaries DAVID HOLMES & PHIL KIERAN (not to mention irregular DJ performances Northern Ireland's most punk rock broadcaster - GERRY ANDERSON).
