Bath Fringe, like the other major Fringes [eg. Brighton, Edinburgh] is an open umbrella of a festival.
Unlike the other big Fringes, Bath does also promote a few events and one venue themselves, in order to have some 'flagship' events to attract attention to the whole.

One of the best stand-ups on the London circuit and regular host at The East Dulwich Tavern. Winner of the 1995 Time Out Comedy Award, Gordon regularly plays to sell out audiences at the most prestigious clubs in the country including Comedy Store and Jongleurs. His upbeat and energetic delivery combined with his fantastically funny observational comedy and quick witted improvisation has secured his place as an audience favourite.

One of the UK's fastest rising comedy stars, going from open mic slots to becoming a professional in just 6 months. His style is laconic, like the lovechild of Julian Clary and Jeremy Clarkson, and his material draws on his previous modes of employment: bouncer, car dealer, estate agent. A brilliant storyteller, who draws the audience into his bizarre,, imaginary, exaggerated universe. He was a finalist at the 2002 BBC New Comedy Awards.
