The Trials Of Galileo
The Trials of Galileo focuses on the events surrounding his trial for heresy in 1633 and stars Tim Hardy, a veteran of The Royal Shakespeare Company. Galileo was mistaken that all he had all he had to do was show his reasoning and evidence, and the church would fall in behind him. He understood the science better than any man alive, but never grasped the politics. Until it was too late.
