Evening Classes - Part 1 (for New Students)
From 2013 our evening classes will come in two seperate five evening parts. Part 1 will be for new students with a Part 2 available for returning students. Note that the course cost is for Part 1 only.
Part 1 runs one evening a week over five weeks and builds your basic skills and techniques with fun recipes. Alex Connell, our principal tutor, will guide you to create a range of wonderful vegetarian dishes you will enjoy time and time again.
