Patrick Duff, formerly frontman of '90s indie band Strangelove, heads out for a series of headline shows.

Patrick released two albums in 2013. The first 'Visions Of The Underworld' was recorded in and around a river stone cottage in the heart of wildest Dartmoor and features Patrick singing and playing songs completely live, with no editing. Produced by Rich Brown it is Patrick's most intimate album to date. These haunting field recordings also feature the sounds of the environment on the moors as he plays.

The second, 'Seven Sermons To The Dead', is a double album of spoken word, choral singing, orchestral arrangements, singing bowls and plain song. This album was originally conceived following a commission from Bristol City Council in which Patrick was asked to explore ideas on the theme of Christmas for a performance with the choir in Bristol Cathedral. It was subsequently recorded over a number of weeks of studio sessions firstly in Salt Lake City, Utah and then finished in Bristol.

Patrick will be playing some of the music from these recent releases, newer unrecorded material as well as older songs from a career which spans three decades. Between the songs he also shares with the audience stories and insights from his life and these talks have become an integral part of the experience of seeing him play live.
