Thirteen year old Thisbe is neglected by her loved-up parents, Demetrius and Helena. They won’t spend time with her, they won’t listen to her and they won’t let her go into the woods. But a chance encounter with mischief-maker Puck and his band of fairy friends gives her an opportunity to change all that. Armed with a certain magical flower, it isn’t long before Thisbe discovers that the course of true love never did run smooth.

What is the dark secret behind her parents’ marriage? What happened in the woods thirteen years ago? Can Thisbe stop her family from falling apart? And does she even want to?

Thisbe is an actor-musician follow up to Shakespeare’s most popular comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream, featuring an original score, performed live by a cast of six actor-musicians. Thisbe also features integrated BSL interpretation.
