Garrett Millerick Needs More Space, sees comedy’s ‘angriest optimist’ return for a hilarious, honest, and mostly historically accurate, exploration of space travel.
In his new hour, Garrett examines his totally insignificant place in the universe and how little we actually know about anything.
Garrett Millerick is creator and star of the new BBC sitcom Do Gooders with Frank Skinner, Ania Magliano and Ahir Shah. He has also recently been seen performing stand up on hit US late night show Conan.
Garrett Millerick is a London based writer, director and comedian. A regular on the stand up circuit, Garrett can be seen up and down the country in a variety of guises but mostly as himself, saying what he thinks about things in pubs/ theatres/regional art centres and the occasional music festival. He can be seen performing regularly at The Schadenfreude Cabaret in North London where he is the resident compere. 'Millerick is a belter of a new comedian, well worth shouting about' (The Stage) '... avoided cliche and made contentious points convincingly, though all in the name of a laugh rather than setting out any serious manifesto... Storytelling is clearly in Millerick's genome...a solidly enjoyable way to see out the midnight hour' (Chortle). 'Undeniably honest and hilarious' (Three Weeks).
