Skaters + Bull + Mother
New York City trio Skaters introduce themselves to UK audiences with the release of the AA side 7" introductory single 'I Wanna Dance (But I Don't Know How)' and 'Armed' on April 8th. This release will be followed by extensive touring throughout May.
Early in 2012, the band released a DIY 5-song EP that they gave away for free on their website, resulting in over 10,000 downloads, attention from the indie press and major-label interest. The band subsequently signed with Warner Bros. Records later in the year and are currently recording their debut album at Electric Lady Studios with veteran producer John Hill (Santigold, M.I.A., Wavves).
Skater's debut UK tour kicks off in May. In addition to numerous headline shows, they will also be hitting festivals including Liverpool Sound City, Live At Leeds, The Great Escape and Dot To Dot.

Skaters
Skaters formed in late 2011 after Singer Michael Cummings and Noah Rubin (The Dead Trees, Adam Green, Little Joy) spent a year trading demos back and forth from Los Angeles to London with Guitarist Joshua Hubbard (The Paddingtons, Dirty Pretty Things). The three met in the middle to record an EP in a Manhattan loft, and never left the city. The result is a smart, dynamic punk band drawing inspiration from obscure genres and cultures.

Bull
It’s taken four piece, York based band Bull, no time at all to become one of the very best bands in their city. Blending harmony-heavy indie noise with a twist of Pixies dynamism, these guys have hit on a formula that makes for essential listening.
They are heavily influenced by 90s American indie and grunge bands, such as Yuck, Pavement and The Breeders.
