Sophie Rose
Delicate and disorientating, Sophie Rose is a zoetrope storyteller. Bringing her fast-paced stand-up poetry to Walthamstow for the first time, you can expect to find her between dance floors, bed sheets and other people's fights. Devising and performing her own material, Sophie Rose works independently and as part of experimental performance duo Shatter Resistant. She makes work that straddles theatre, spoken word and comedy. As a solo artist she is interested in pushing the potential of spoken word within a theatrical arena premieres.
