Band Of Her Majesty's Royal Marines Collingwood

Seafarers UK, the leading maritime charity, returns to Worthing with a wonderful evening of entertainment provided by the Band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Collingwood. This concert is part of the charity’s annual fundraising season of concerts with the Royal Marines Band.

The popularity and following of the Royal Marines Band is as strong as ever and they look forward to providing the audience with a diverse and enjoyable programme of music. 2017 is a special year as Seafarers UK (originally King George’s Fund for Sailors) celebrates its Centenary!

Since 1917 the Charity has raised thousands of pounds every year for those in need in the maritime world, which includes the Royal Navy and Royal Marines, the Merchant Navy and the Fishing Fleets. Money raised is given as grants to charities related to the above.
