Never miss another 'Swingtime Sweethearts' show
There'll Always Be An England: Swingtime Sweethearts, Mickie Driver, Mark Walsh
"Following a lunch of 'The Roast Beef of Old England' we offer a celebration of 'This Precious Stone set in the Silver Sea - this England'.
We recall the English entertainers we loved so much - George Formby, Gracie Fields, Max Miller, Anne Shelton... oh, so many.
Come along and wave a St George's Flag - we'll even provide it for you."
Info provided by the Event Organiser
Take a trip down memory lane with songs from the 1940's, Wartime & Swing. The Swingtime Sweethearts are Annie Riley & Le'arna Ashleigh, both successful solo artists, with a combined experience of over 12 years. Their affection for the forties, has brought them together to perform as the Swingtime Sweethearts. Their wide range of songs, including those that were originally hits for The Andrews Sisters, Anne Shelton, Vera Lynn & Ella Fitzgerald (to name a few) will entertain both young and old alike.

Mickie is a professional variety entertainer working mainly in a pearly suit, specialising in Music Hall and songs from the years of WWI, WWII, the 1950s and 1960s.
He also heads Variety Collective providing entertainers for an elderly audience, and Variety Lunches (a lunch followed by a themed show) at venues in Dartford, Wood Green, Westcliff, Margate and Broadstairs.
