Steve Ashley, Paul Liddell

A welcome return for a true master of the English singer songwriter genre. From his debut album " Stroll On " in 1974 he set the bar for premier league songwriting. His songs have been covered by Fairport Convention, Phil Beer ,Dave Pegg and PJ wright, Anne Biggs , Maggie Boyle, Grace Notes etc. He was a member of the 1st lineup of the Albion Country Band. He was also frontman for Ragged Robin and the Steve Ashley Band. So he is well established as a live performer as well. He has also managed to sustain high quality over his 10 excellent albums.

Opening the evening will be Paul Liddell a singer songwriter from the North-East. He'll be one of those artists that people say " Oh , I saw him at the church. I'm not surprised he's a big name now".
