David Lynch Foundation Present Meditation, Creativity, Peace

A documentary that follows internationally acclaimed film director Lynch on a 16-country tour throughout Europe, Israel and Brazil. The film allows audiences an exclusive look at Lynch's craft through his lectures at top international film schools and one-on-one interviews. This documentary focuses on Lynch's thirty-nine year practice of Transcendental Meditation as a means to increase clarity of mind, and experience a deep level of rest. The Foundation funds courses in Transcendental Meditation for young people, veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other disadvantaged groups.
