The WBTC stage adaptation follows the trials and tribulations of Father Ted, the show is set on the remote and fictional Craggy Island off Ireland's west coast, starring the iconic Father Ted Crilly, alongside fellow priests Father Dougal McGuire, and Father Jack Hackett.

Exiled on the island for various past indiscretions, the priests live together in the parochial house with their housekeeper Mrs Doyle and her incessant tea making.

The show revolves around the priests' lives on Craggy Island, where the matters of the church are more often than not a mere back drop to one of Father Ted's schemes or attempts to unstick himself from yet another ludicrous situation, often involving the other Craggy Island residents, or his arch-nemesis, Bishop Len Brennan!

A brilliantly well written and hilarious production that includes talk of a spider baby, a visit to the Holy Stone of Clonrichert, a visit from Bishop Brennan, seven priests lost in “Ireland’s biggest lingerie section” (we understand!), the receipt for Ted of a Golden Cleric and a close call for Father Jack Hackett! This adapted script from the original show will have its audience rolling around with laughter.
