Never miss another 'Simon Watt' show
Bright Club - Endangered Species: Simon Watt, Sabrina Mahfouz
Join compere Simon Watt (Channel 4's inside Nature's Giants) as he promotes preservation of ugly animals and cabaret performer Sabrina Mahfouz whose show 'Dry Ice' was awarded 4* from the Times
'In a different League ... astonishing' and directed by David Schwimmer.
As always they will support our six intrepid boffins who will get up on stage and try explain their subjects via the media of stand-up-comedy.
Bright Club - the only evening where laughter and brains collide.
Simon Watt is a biologist, writer, science communicator, comedian and TV presenter. He is a regular contributor to TV, radio and web and is perhaps best known as a presenter on the BAFTA winning documentary series Inside Nature's Giants and the Channel 4 special The Elephant: Life After Death.
He runs the Ugly Animal Preservation Society which is a comedy night with a conservation twist. It went on to find global fame/notoriety when it hosted an online campaign resulting in the election of the blobfish as the ugliest animal on the planet.
The society's aim is to use comedy to make some of Mother Nature's more
aesthetically challenged endangered species into stars.
'Had us crying with laughter' (BBC Focus Magazine).
