Bristol based drum'n'bass pioneer, true to his underground roots even when in the media spotlight. He performs live DJ sets with the Reprazent Collective.
The groundbreaking drum & bass band founded by Size are widely regarded as one of the most important live electronic music acts of the past two decades. Their debut album ‘New Forms’ won the Mercury Music Prize in 1997 and was followed by 2000’s ‘In The Møde’.

Born to grime and adopted by dubstep, Joker refuses to be tagged having burst onto the scene in 2008 with the vibrant ‘Grimey Princess’ and ‘Gully Brook Lane’. His productions possess a rare duality in that they are both instantly identifiable yet impossible to classify. His musical peers include Rustie, Gemmy and Kode 9, with the Hyperdub label boss naming Joker as his protégée for Mary Anne Hobbs’ Generation Bass, which was broadcast worldwide on BBC Radio 1.

Dr Meaker started their journey as a Bristol based sound system comprising of electronic and acoustic musicians. The band soon built up a strong following and quickly gained the attention of the BBC resulting in a play of their popular track ‘Rubber Gloves’ on Rob da Bank’s BBC Radio 1 show.

Reggae band Laid Blak was created when producer DJ Bunjy and MC Joe Peng joined forces to conquer the '90s jungle and rave scenes. Before long, 5 more members were added and after being scouted and signed to Island Records founder Chris Blackwell's label, the band were hailed by the press as the UK's leading Reggae band and the essential live festival act. They have supported acts such as John Legend, Julian Marley and Massive Attack.

Funky jazz alto saxophonist. At 22 he gained his Masters Degree in Jazz. James has developed his unique voice through direct influences from funk, soul, jazz, gospel, latin and urban music. He has the ability to communicate to an audience through his saxophone and directly project deep emotion across to the listener in a lyrical style. In August 2014 he was appointed Mayoral Ambassador of Music for Bristol by Mayor George Ferguson.
