Leicester female-fronted electro-pop duo Matt Culpin and Sarah Heeley. Northern Kind formed in 2006 and are proud to be `Indie´ in the truest sense of the word; self produced, self made and free from the constraints of a conventional record label the duo prove that talent, vision and creativity can still cut the mustard in an industry saturated with X Factor production-line pop. Their maverick approach and quality production, coupled with accomplished live performance has earned the duo respect and admiration with their listeners and contemporaries. 2013 saw the release of their third album 'Credible Sexy Unit', 11 tracks of exquisite electronic pop that delivers the duo´s most exciting and accomplished work to date.
