Foals + Trophy Wife
Foals are back and ready to road-test material from their eagerly awaited third album on an intimate UK tour in November/December.
The band have been busy working on their third album, the follow-up to 2010's Mercury nominated 'Total Life Forever'.

Foals
Foals formed in Oxford in 2005. The band's musical influences are varied, with members citing minimal techno, Arthur Russell, the Irish based math rock band The Redneck Manifesto, Krautrock bands such as Harmonia, and Talking Heads as their main sources of inspiration. Their musical style, however, can be more directly linked to various genres such as math rock, indie Rock or New rave.
After forming in 2005, Foals quickly made a name for themselves as one of the hottest live bands in the UK. With debut album Antidotes incurring chaotic living room gigs, follow-up Total Life Forever saw the band exploring a heavier sound, and stadiums beckoned by the time the critically-acclaimed album Holy Fire arrived in 2013.
Their most recent body of work, 2015’s What Went Down, has only served to cement the band’s reputation as a force to be reckoned with. Routinely earning five star reviews and accolades for their live shows, Foals were named as Best Live Act by Q in 2013, then, simply, Best Act In The World 2015.

Trophy Wife
Oxford trio Trophy Wife's sound and aesthetic is informed by influences as diverse as Studio, Polmo Polpo, The Notwist, Hank Marvin and Tortoise. These influences can not only be heard in the bands music and production, but also echoed in their artwork, photography and videos – all facets of which the three band members contribute to equally.
