Stephen Carlin began his stand-up career in 2002 and soon became a permanent fixture on the comedy circuit, supporting Stewart Lee and Stephen Merchant on tour, also appearing in Stewart Lee's 10 Best Stand-ups In the World Ever. As seen on ‘The Alternative Comedy Experience’, ‘Comedy at the Fringe’, ‘Edinburgh and Beyond’ and ‘Comedy Cuts’ ITV as well as featuring on Radio 4’s ‘Loose Ends’ and ‘Friday Night Live’,
'Sharp, slightly offbeat, mainly very funny' (Bruce Dessau, Evening Standard)
'The whimsy and relaxed on-stage demeanour were a winner instantly... (Carlin) excelled in pedantry, married to exceptional use of language' (Leamington Observer)
'... if this man isn't a household name in five years' time, the world is even more lacking in justice than we could have feared' (The Scotsman)
'... a delightfully off beat act who expertly applies twisted, convoluted logic to common-or-garden observations to produce genuinely original material... a definite tip for the top' (Chortle).

He also wrote for BBC radio classics 'Week Ending' and 'The News Huddlines' along with a host of contributors who included Ged Parsons, Oleg Stepaniuk, Nick & Roger Saunders, Michael Dines and Bob & Barbara Boulton.

Tom is a frighteningly tall comedian, but a thoroughly nice man with a likeable stage presence and confident delivery. This Yorkshire funny man became a national have-a-go-hero when he rescued a little old lady from the jaws of Virgin train bureaucracy, only to be arrested for begging. He's also the winner of Channel 4's 'So You Think You're Funny?' competition.
An articulate and natural raconteur, he possesses an innate ability to riff with an audience like they’re old friends. His warm and hilarious tales, told with true passion never fail to captivate the crowd.
'Magical storytelling... a rare talent... hysterical and accomplished' (Time Out)
'The gods of comedy chose greatness for Tom' (The Scotsman).
Tom Wrigglesworth tour dates
Not the late star of British World War 2 classic The Dambusters, but winner of the Amused Moose Laugh Off 2012.
'... A smart surrealist...' (The Independent)
'... He delivers with the passion of an insane preacher, and there's a keen off-the-wall wit throughout...' (Steve Bennet, Chortle)
'With his enthusiasm and ingenious thinking he has the ability to play with the audiences imaginations, leaving them both pleasantly baffled and amused' (Funhouse Comedy).
