Never miss another 'Omid Djalili' show
Stand Up By Royal Appointment: Omid Djalili, Jarred Christmas, Rob Beckett
"Stand Up By Royal Appointment returns one last time to Windsor in 2012! Sean Hughes, Reginald D Hunter and Greg Davies have all graced our stage - I think it's safe to say that we have been truly spoilt with our line ups this year. But we know that the fabulous Maff Brown is bound to have plenty of treats in store for 2013!
Voted one the best Comedy Clubs by The Guardian, Outside The Box Comedy Productions began in 2006, when Maff Brown wanted to 'create a group of comedy clubs that everybody wanted to go to and every comedian wanted to play'."

One of Britain's freshest and most original comics, this British-born Iranian hams the accent and underlines the cliches before pulling the Persian rug from under the audience. With a career in comedy spanning across three decades, Omid Djalili's legendary performances on stage and screen have won him fans and plaudits the world over.
Renowned for his razor sharp wit, boundless energy and expertly crafted cultural observations, his original material continues to explore the diversity of modern Britain and he remains one of the most exciting entertainers on the circuit.
A firm favourite at the Edinburgh Festival, Omid's stand-up awards include the Time Out Award for Best Stand Up and the EMMA Award. He's also been a nominee for a Perrier Award and the South Bank Award. Omid was also awarded a Best Actor award at the Turin Film Festival for his lead performance in The Infidel.
'To carve yourself out a career as the thinking person's Iranian comedian in this political climate takes a fine brain and a masterful way with the audience. There is no question that Omid Djalili possesses both... Belly laughs with a subtle blend of mainstream gags and subversive twinkle' (The Sunday Times)

Rob grew up in south east London in a large extended family of taxi drivers where it was a fight to be heard.
As a middle child desperate for attention he needed to be funny so was in awe of his Grandad's jokes, but only until he saw a Tommy Cooper video and realised Grandad Cook was a massive plagiarist.
'A little short of a revelation (The Scotsman)
'Relentlessly smiley, perpetually grinning Londoner whose unshowy, unpretentious but thoroughly funny shtick has every chance of winning him a big audience' (The Guardian).
'He already has the confidence of a veteran' (The Times).
'Joyous, cheek aching and touching stand up' (Shortlist).
