Doc Brown introduces you to Dong Comedy - the BBC Radio 1 show where hip hop and comedy collide.
Recorded in front of a live audience at East London's Rich Mix, Doc introduces the freshest new stand ups from the UK circuit, including Marlon Davis, Michelle de Swarte and Fergus Craig. Expect big laughs and big beats, with music from Battle Jam Champion and beatboxing legend, Hobbit and Sony Award winning DJ Big Ted.

Mark Ronson's former MC, Doc Brown is the younger brother of best selling author Zadie Smith. The rapper turned to stand-up in 2007 and was a finalist in the So You Think You're Funny new act competition.
He was placed third in the English Comedian Of The Year competition. Brown has featured in the BBC Radio 4 show Do You Know What You Are Saying?

'Michelle was born in Lewisham to a white Jewish mum and a black Jamaican dad. After leaving school Michelle was instantly signed up to a top London model agency and soon relocated to New York. Now she is back home in London and ready to take on the stand-up world.

Since stopping his double act, Colin and Fergus, and concentrating on stand up full time, Fergus Craig has gone from strength to strength winning stand up competitions including Hackney new act of the Year and appearing regularly in the hit channel 4 show Star Stories. A likeable oddball, behind the whimsical exterior lurks a sharpened comedy mind who is equally engaging as he is hilarious.
