The BRIT Awards 2010: Peter Kay + Kasabian + Lady Gaga + JLS + Dizzee Rascal + Florence and The Machine
Taking BRITs-30 centre stage at Earls Court on February 16 to perform live to millions of ITV viewers will be Kasabian, Lady Gaga and JLS. In addition the outstanding Dizzee Rascal will be teaming up with Florence & The Machine for an explosive collaboration that looks set to take its place in the BRITs 30 year history. This year, the awards will be hosted by comedian Peter Kay. Visit www.brits.co.uk for further information.
Arguably Britain's most popular comedian of recent years, Bolton-born Peter Kay is equally well known for both his hilarious stand-up routine and his spoof TV docu-drama 'Phoenix Nights', about a struggling Lancashire nightclub.

A glorious synth-tinged melting pot of indie rock that will caress the eardrums. Formed in Leicester while still at school, they took their name from Linda Kasabian, one of the members of the Charles Manson cult. Their electronica-indie rock fusion akin to Primal Scream combined with the rough vocal style and unrepentant Mancunian swagger of Oasis has firmly established them as more than just a flash in the pan and injected a large dose of energy back into the Brit-rock scene.

Lady Gaga makes fearless electro-pop spiced with elements of hip-hop, grime and pure dance. She came to prominance in 2008 with her debut album, 'The Fame', which included the international number one tracks 'Just Dance' and 'Poker Face'. In 2009, her extended play, 'The Fame Monster', was released to a similar reception, and produced the hit singles 'Bad Romance', 'Telephone', and 'Alejandro'. Its accompanying Monster Ball Tour became one of the highest-grossing concert tours of all time.
Lady Gaga's second album, Born This Way (2011), topped album charts globally and generated the chart-topping songs 'Born This Way', 'Judas', and 'The Edge of Glory.
The five-time Grammy Award winner is one of the biggest living people on Facebook with over 58 million 'likes' and has over 39 million followers on Twitter! She is also the only artist in the digital era to top the 5 million sales mark with her first two hits.

JB, Aston, Marvin and Oritsé reached the final two of the X Factor back in 2008 - the first group ever to get that far on the show. They have also won four MOBO Awards and two 2010 BRIT trophies to date. The group have decided to go their separate ways following their Greatest Hits Tour at the end of 2013, saying: "It has been the most incredible journey over the last 6 years and we have achieved more things than we could have ever dreamed possible."

Underground dance master who stunned the UK garage scene with his debut album 'Boy In Da Corner' and single 'I Luv U' in 2003, both of which warped the sound into something dark, disturbing and deliciously innovative. Considered the most popular and influential Grime artist in the world, and also recognised as an innovator with his production style. 2007's 'Maths + English' is a masterpiece and a credit to the genre.

Aka one-woman pop-indie-blues-rock singer Florence Welch, a modern-day Kate Bush with the grit of PJ Harvey. Her debut release, the Brit award-winning 'Lungs', notched up a staggering 65 consecutive weeks in the UK Top 40 album charts, while her follow-up Ceremonials debuted at no.1.
