The Gurkha Welfare Trust (western Branch)

Invites you to a Gurkha Film Night to celebrate 200 Years of Gurkha Service to the Crown and to raise money for the trust to support those suffering from The Nepal Earthquake.

Come and see how potential soldiers for the Brigade of Gurkhas are put through a whole series of medical, physical and educational tests and interviews to show that they are good enough to be enlisted into the Army.

The wine bar will be open, as well as before the performance, and Nepali canapés, known as Tipan Tapan will also be served.

In addition, the Gurkha Museum shop will be open during the interval, with a wide selection of Gurkha and Nepali books, clothing and other memorabilia.
