Seminal Canterbury progressive rock band formed in 1971 and are still producing the goods today - albeit with only guitarist/vocalist Andy Latimer remaining from the original line-up. Latimer (guitar, vocals) the unwavering vanguard of the group, is joined by long time band member, Colin Bass (bass and vocals), with Denis Clement (drums) and new recruit Pete Jones (keyboards).
Camel have been acknowledged as one of the principal influences on the neo-progressive rock subgenre which emerged in the 1980s, a precursor for bands like Marillion.

Been a huge fan since Mirage in 1974 and really hope to be able to take my son to see them if Andy can manage Scotland. Very underrated by the press but the fans know better. So glad to see the excitement building up for the tour.
