The Eye of the Beholder: Experimenting in Watercolours

Special Encore for the Richmond Literature Festival

By popular demand, Sir Donald Insall will be reprising his talk about watercolour sketching - The Eye of the Beholder as part of the Richmond Literature Festival in aid of the Transforming Orleans House Capital Appeal.

Sir Donald has lived in Kew for over forty years. He is a well-known Conservation Architect and Founder of Donald Insall Associates, whose London team (they have other branches in Bath, Cambridge, Chester and Conwy) are engaged in many projects in Richmond. As a member of many local organisations he also serves as a Patron of The Kew Society, of the Bedford Park Society and of the Environmental Trust for Richmond upon Thames.

In this special event Sir Donald will give a visual presentation on his lifetime hobby, as an inspiration for others to try.

All proceeds from the event will go towards the Transforming Orleans House Capital Appeal and restoration of the Grade 1 Listed Octagon Room.
