Northsyde are little bits of everything, mushed together. Mix up some Rock, Blues, Jazz, Soul... make it funky... grind up a lead guitar player riffing along with a bassist that plays upside down and backwards, throw in a big fat beat, serve on a plate of raspy vocals with lyrics touching on just about everything. Songs. Grooves. Make it heavy... make it rocky... make it funky!

The band's live reputation grew quickly, starting off in the blues clubs of London in 2008 / 2009, before moving on to bigger gigs and festivals in the UK and abroad. 24 Pesos are influenced by Ray Charles, Sean Costello, The Meters, James Brown, Freddie King, Howlin Wolf and The Roots.
