Music is very much in the blood for Scottish-born Finley Quaye. He's the youngest son of jazz musician Cab Kaye, half-brother of guitarist Caleb Quaye, and brother of jazz musician Terri Quaye.

In the late 90s he reached the UK Top 20 twice, with 'Sunday Shining' and 'Even After All'. His reputation was established by Maverick A Strike, released in September 1997, the year he went onto win the 1997 Mobo Award for Best Reggae Act, and the 1998 BRIT Award for Best British Male Solo Artist.

He released two more albums on Epic, Vanguard (2000) and Much More Than Much Love (2004). In 2004 his single 'Dice' was released in collaboration with William Orbit and featuring Beth Orton. The song featured in Fox Network's The OC and on the Season 1 Soundtrack.

Finley and his band have supported Julian Marley, James Brown, Ken Boothe, UK Subs, Weller, Madness, Ian Dury & The Blockheads, The Verve, Ben Harper, Fun Loving Criminals, Robbie Williams & The Stereo MCs to name but a few.
