The Merry Widow

Scotland’s Opera Bohemia returns with the world’s best loved operetta, featuring show stopping numbers like ‘Viljah', 'The Merry Widow Waltz' and ‘Chez Maxim's'.

Set in the romantic city of Paris, various suitors squabble to win the hand of the recently widowed, but very wealthy Hannah Glawari. A stellar professional cast includes Catriona Clark, Douglas Nairne, Marie Claire Breen and Andrew McTaggart. John Wilkie directs, Alisa Kalyanova designs and the performance is accompanied by Andrew Brown (piano) and Dániel Mészöly (violin).
