Following on from last years amazing show in Alton, Staffordshire, Jessejames Promotions is pleased to announce Ariel Posen will be returning to play another show on the 31st January 2020, as part of a UK Wide Tour. This time at Fulford Village Hall which is an amazing venue.
Music lovers (guitar players and aficionado's in particular) will by now be well aware of Ariel Posen. Hailing from Winnipeg, Canada, Ariel is an outstanding singer, songwriter and exceptional guitarist of the very highest order. An all-star instrumentalist, Ariel's glorious guitar playing has rightly attracted real attention. His soulful slide work, use of open tunings, and improvisational approach to the instrument are on full display in the online videos he's recorded with both "Anderton's Music" and "That Pedal Show"......well worth a taster watch on YouTube for sure.
Ariel's terrific 2019 debut album How Long showcased not only his skills as an instrumentalist, but his talents as a diverse songwriter. The record cast a wide net, moving from rootsy blues to R&B to melodic rock & roll.
The album was packed with beautifully constructed tunes full of sublime musicianship, vocals, hooks and harmonies and rightly received great international reviews and acclaim on its release.
