The Imperial Male Voice Choir is delighted to welcome the internationally acclaimed Rhein Main Vokalisten from Offenbach, Germany. The programme for this unique event includes popular romantic German Part-songs, complemented by a varied selection of English folksongs, Whitacre’s atmospheric 'Lux Aurumque' and some lighter numbers. The combined choirs will perform Victoria’s 8-part setting of 'Super Flumina Babylonis' and other items from each other’s repertoire.
A donation will be made to Mind in Mid Herts to help purchase a piano for their music therapy work in St Albans.
