Junior government minister Richard Willey is an expert in current affairs – his latest being with Jane Worthington, secretary to the Leader of The Opposition! However, his plans for an all-night session at Westminster – the hotel not the Houses of Parliament – quickly evaporate. What should have been an evening of champagne and silk sheets becomes one of madness and mayhem as Richard is forced to enlist the help of his strait-laced private secretary to save him from the wrath of the Prime Minister!
